How to request deletion

Email legal@ramifica.app from the email address on your Ramifica account with the subject “Ramifica account deletion request”.

If you cannot email from the account address, include the account email address and enough information for us to verify that you control the account before we process the request.

We aim to acknowledge privacy requests promptly and complete verified requests within the time required by applicable law. Complex requests, requests that require additional verification, or requests involving data held by payment providers or other subprocessors may take longer.

Other privacy requests

To request a copy or export of account data, email legal@ramifica.app from the email address on your Ramifica account with the subject “Ramifica data access or export request”.

To request correction of inaccurate account data, email legal@ramifica.app with the subject “Ramifica data correction request” and describe the information you believe should be corrected.

For objection, restriction, consent withdrawal, or any other privacy request, email legal@ramifica.app with the subject “Ramifica privacy request”.

What gets deleted

What may be retained

We may retain limited records when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, or tax obligations. These retained records are not used to provide an active Ramifica account.

Backup copies, security logs, audit records, payment-provider records, and records held by subprocessors may persist for a limited period after active-system deletion. These records are retained only as needed for security, legal, billing, tax, dispute-resolution, or operational continuity purposes.
