Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ramifica, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. By using Ramifica, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Description of Service

Ramifica is an outliner and note-taking application that provides tools to create, organize, and manage list-based notes. The service is provided as-is and may evolve over time as we add new features and make improvements.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with or without notice.

Subscriptions & Billing

• Refund policy — We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund from the date of your first Pro payment. To request a refund, cancel from the Billing portal in your account menu and contact us at legal@ramifica.app within 14 days of payment.
• Cancellation — You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time via the Billing portal in your account menu. You retain Pro access until the end of the current billing period; we do not pro-rate partial periods.
• Complimentary access — Certain users may receive complimentary Pro access at our discretion. Complimentary access is time-limited, carries no charge, and may not be extended or converted to a paid subscription without a separate purchase.
• Taxes — Prices shown on our pricing page are exclusive of applicable sales tax or VAT, which is calculated automatically at Stripe Checkout based on your billing address and location.

User Accounts

To use Ramifica, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from not protecting your account credentials.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Ramifica only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Upload, transmit, or store content that is harmful, offensive, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, disrupt, or compromise the service's security, integrity, or performance.
• Use automated means to access the service in a manner that imposes an unreasonable burden on our infrastructure.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create in Ramifica. We do not claim ownership of your notes, lists, or any other content you store in the service.

By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. This license ends when you delete your content or your account.

Intellectual Property

The Ramifica name, logo, application code, and all related materials are our intellectual property and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without our prior written permission.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

You may delete your account at any time using our account deletion page. Upon account deletion, your content will be removed from our active systems in accordance with our data retention practices.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. We will indicate the date of the most recent update at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
